👩‍👧‍👦 Spreading Warmth and Care to the Children In celebration of Mother’s Day, Royal-D organized a special community outreach initiative to share the spirit of love, care, and compassion with children living in orphanages across Yangon Region. The event aimed to equip families with practical knowledge on preventing heat-related illnesses and staying healthy throughout the hottest months of the year.

The seminar featured an engaging panel of guest speakers, including renowned physician Dr. Thurein Hlaing Win, popular actress Naw Phaw Eh Htar, and social media influencers Ma Nandar and Ma Mya Bhone Sint. Together, they shared expert advice and practical tips on managing the effects of extreme heat and maintaining good health during the summer.

💡 Key Summer Health Tips During the seminar, attendees learned several important ways to protect themselves and their families from heat-related health issues, including:

• ⛱️ Use an umbrella or wear a hat to reduce direct exposure to the sun when outdoors.
• 💧 Drink plenty of water and fluids throughout the day to stay properly hydrated.

• 🏃‍♂️ Avoid strenuous physical activities during periods of extreme heat.
• ⏰ Minimize outdoor activities between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, when temperatures are typically at their highest.
